Meal or No Meal
This is an easy way to obtain a 3 months supply of food storage. Each week there will be an assigned item to buy. When you are shopping that week, you pick up the assigned item for each member of your family.
October 25: chili
November 1: rice
November 9: feminine hygiene products
November 16: jam or jelly
November 23: lotion
November 30: canned vegetable
December 7: rice
